FonGenie Beta Program

Notice:

Effective, April 14th, 2010 FonGenie’s free beta ended. During this period we had many small businesses sign up for the FonGenie service and supply us with information that has enhanced the service for all current and future users. Our current users at this time will need to update the information in their accounts to adopt the FonGenie service (users should have received an email about this). At this time if you have an account with FonGenie you will be given 14 days to update, with subscriptions starting on April 28th, 2010.

 

 

FonGenie in betaThe FonGenie beta program launched in September, 2009 for the purpose of gathering real-user input prior to a public launch. Business owners from a wide variety of fields (Spas, Computer Services, Inns and Bed & Breakfasts, Exercise and Fitness, etc.) have shared their experiences using the FonGenie service and what they would like to see changed or included prior to the public launch.

Over the past six months improvements to the service have been made, but the most noticeable will be coming with the launch of our new website. If you are current FonGenie user you will see the following updates that were based on your input:

  • An additional voice choice (highly improved over the current two)
  • Improved analytics that will let you see demographics information connected to each caller’s location as the call first connects to FonGenie. This can be conveniently monitored in real-time by using a separate pop-up window.
  • Improved analytics that are filterable, giving you a clearer snapshot of the customers who call you.
  • The ability to tag and make short notes about each call so you can filter and mark calls as they call in the future. You see your important callers before your phone rings.
  • Email notification when someone leaves you a voicemail message in your FonGenie account.
  • Available toll-free telephone numbers with your FonGenie account (available with the official public launch of the FonGenie service).
  • The ability to associate multiple FonGenie telephone numbers (including toll-free) to a single FonGenie account.

With the official launch of the FonGenie service (date to be released soon) your input and requests will still be encouraged. FonGenie will keep striving to improve its service in directions that make our users more successful and efficient in their business goals.

At this time FonGenie is still allowing beta users to sign up for the free FonGenie service. All FonGenie beta users will be contacted prior to the official launch of the FonGenie service about pricing and the necessary steps to transition to the new service.

FonGenie is all about making you money, not just saving you some.
