FonGenie features update – reporting and administrative tabs
Reports
The reports section conveniently categorizes information related to calls that came into your FonGenie account and information about the callers. When you click the “Reports” tab you will have access to four sub-menus (Summary, Demographics, Call History, Search) of which “Summary” is the Reports’ default location. All the reports pages allow you to narrow your information by selecting a specific date or date range at the top of the page.
Summary page
This is the default page when you click the “Reports” tab. You will immediately find useful inbound call information here that is represented in simple graphic and numeric sections.
- Dashboard – displays all your inbound calls, in selected date range, in a simple line graph. This graph can be further narrowed by checking and un-checking the call behavior tags at the bottom.
- Call Summary – a numeric summary of all call activity in the date range.
- Calls by Area – a bar graph that represents the top 6 locations where your callers are from, based on where their telephone service is registered.
- Menu Transactions – an overview of how the callers interacted with your prompts. You can immediately see the importance of your current prompts and whether you need to consider reallocating a low performing prompt for different information or use.
- Call History – a snapshot of the information available in the “Call History” section intended to give you a comparative perspective with the other information on this page.
Demographics page
This page brings information about caller activity and interaction with caller location. Where the demographics in the Caller ID window was a “temporary snapshot” of the live caller’s location demographics, here we see information about the most popular caller locations and distance from your business.
- Dashboard – same graphic from the Summary page but used here for call activity comparison with demographic locations to provide a better perspective.
- Call Summary – same graphic from the Summary page but also used here for call activity comparison with demographic locations to provide a better perspective.
- Calls by Area – a simple pie graph that represents caller locations, in the date range selected.
- Most Active Calling Markets – a rotating map of the top locations your callers are from.
- Callers by Distance – this is a bar chart showing comparative distances and call counts of your callers to your location.
- Most Active Customers – this is an abbreviated call history of the callers, in the chose date range, listed by highest call count and can be use to achieve perspective with the other information on the page.
Call History page

This Call History page allows you to view, sort and edit all inbound caller history and activities. Going beyond re-sorting the call information by clicking the column headings, you are able to select any specific call and add or edit the caller’s name, tag, or note that was placed on it in the Caller ID window (see Caller ID). This CRM functionality allows you to improve the quality of information on your inbound calls by improving filtering, as well as giving you immediate information on callers as they call when you are monitoring your Caller ID window.
Each Call History window will display twelve calls. Additional Call History pages can be navigated to from the page links at the bottom of the list.
Search page

Broad and granular searches can be made by selecting and entering filtering criteria in the 3 search fields. You are able to search your entire call history for key words or phone numbers linked to the given fields, and further isolate the search to specific dates and date ranges.
